About me:
In short, I am a lifelong learner. I have taught high school science for the past twelve years. Upon completing my Master of Science degree in Biology, I became passionate about finding a job in the science field, specifically the public health sector. In my classroom, I favored life science concepts revolving around data analysis and models that reinforce the content, which led me to find biostatistics. I am currently pursuing a dual graduate certification in biostatistics and python programming. Please look below at a few of the projects that I have worked on during my pursuit of transitioning from a science educator into a biostatistician.
